What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we get the details you type in: your name, email, phone number if you add it, your business or website if you add it, your budget, and your message.

When you ask for a free prompt or guide, we get your email and your first name if you add it.

We also note how you found us, such as a link from Instagram, and the country you sent it from. This helps us see which channels work.

What we use it for

We use your details to read your enquiry and reply to you.

If you tick the box to get emails from us, we may also send you the odd update. You can stop them at any time by replying to say so. If you don't tick the box, we won't add you to any list.

If you ask for a free prompt or guide, we email it to you and add you to our list. We may send you the odd tip after that. Reply "stop" to any email and we will take you off the list.

Where it is kept

Your enquiry is stored in our Google account and sent to our inbox. The site runs on Cloudflare. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk to you and run our business. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Your choices

You can ask to see, change or delete what we hold about you. Email zac@pluszero.online.
